Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of all equipment, systems, and facilities. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, installations, and maintenance services
- Oversee the scheduling of preventive maintenance tasks and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety among the maintenance team
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize disruptions

Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge in areas such as high voltage electrical systems, low voltage systems, HVAC systems, logic controllers, etc.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance history
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $95,477.00 - $101,439.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
