Job Description:
Including but no limited too....
- Commercial Repairs Project Manager
- Be responsible for facility maintenance jobs from inception to completion
- Be able to schedule work, do estimates, and keep budgets.
- Ability to price jobs from reports from field technicians via photos ,knowledge, and prior data.
- Working with sub contractors/vendors
