This Maintenance Technician position earns a competitive base wage of $17-$25 (DOE) per hour plus a share of monthly leasing bonuses. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
- Any experience in maintenance, construction, a skilled trade, home repair, or as a maintenance tech would be highly desirable, but we will train and mentor the right individual for a rewarding career in property management!
- Ability to frequently push or pull up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Customer service skills
- Ability to be in the on-call rotation
At least one year of prior experience in a maintenance tech role would be preferred but is not required. Are you mechanically inclined, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently? Do you work well as part of a team? Are you efficient and able to prioritize tasks effectively? Do you have good communication and people skills? Are you attentive to safety?
