Maintenance Manager

Summary: Seeking a Maintenance Manager for 1st shift operations, specializing in productivity, asset management, people development, and quality assurance using ABS and REX systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing Environment, Health and Safety protocols

• Expertise in productivity and asset management

• Experience with Quality Control

• Knowledge of ABS and REX systems such as TPM, Kaizen, daily Management, 5S etc.

• Ability to meet department objectives set by the Maintenance and Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for results within the Central Shops

• Engage resources to meet department objectives without sacrificing cooperation with other areas

• Supervise an area of approximately 10 salaried resources including technicians, planners, and Team Leaders

• Oversee supervision through team leaders of approximately 100 hourly resources including mechanics, machinists, roll grinders, truck repair mechanics, and apprentices

• Support plant's craft training team in development and execution of apprenticeship programs within the central shops

• Report to the Maintenance and Engineering Manager of DPW & Satellites

Preferred Skills:

• Manufacturing experience

 

Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
