Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests from customers in a timely manner.
- Fabricate and install various components as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operation of equipment and systems.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
- Proficiency in using CMMS software.
- Leadership skills to supervise and train junior staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
