Evergreen Real Estate is looking for a full-time Maintenance IIIto join our team at Neilan Park in Hamilton, OH!

Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for assisting the Property Manager and/or the Maintenance Supervisor/III in maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Documents resolutions to all work orders.
• Performs maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ensures that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Assists in trouble-shooting maintenance problems and make recommendations for correction.
• Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Rake, sweep, shovel as circumstances warrant.
• Remains aware of the condition of physical property throughout the community and immediately notify management of any unsafe conditions.
• Performs work area clean-up and safety-related duties.
