US Citizenship Required.
Successful candidate will assist the Logistics lead in warehouse, transportation, and shipping operations. Performs general cleanup of work areas and storage locations working to 6S criteria, creates/updates web-based documents (primarily Word and Excel on MS Teams) that define status, quantities, part numbers, nomenclature, and location of repair parts. Uses web-based applications to document shipping and receiving on the program.
Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment. Performs basic carpentry, electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, plumbing, plastic or sheet metal fabrication, or associated work on plant facilities using hand and power tools. May be required to troubleshoot equipment or facilities problems and reports them to supervisor. May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications. May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.
Basic Qualifications:
1. Computer skills, all Microsoft Office suite experience
2. Carpentry, electrical, and mechanical experience.
3. Warehouse experience
Shift Schedule: 4/10A-1st Shift from 6am-4:30/4:45pm.
No bachelors degree required; HS diploma or GED acceptable. Automotive tech training a plus. Selectee would need to furnish steel-toed shoes; all other PPE provided on site
