as the Maintenance Director with Embassy of Logan!
The Maintenance Director is responsible for all the maintenance operations, inspections and compliance with ODH and Life Safety Code standards and regulations. This position will oversee and provide general maintenance on a day to day basis. Duties will include basic carpentry; painting; plumbing; preventative maintenance; and promoting a positive and safe living environment for our residents.
Requirements:
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- HVAC Experience a plus
