Maintenance Director

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations for the facility
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and equipment inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with other departments to support their maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and facilities management
- Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Familiarity with logic controllers and other automated systems used in facility maintenance
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving abilities to quickly identify issues and implement appropriate solutions
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with staff at all levels

Pay: $24.22 - $25.34 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
