The Maintenance is responsible for planning, organizing, developing and directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department, Housekeeping, Laundry and Security. This position will
- Coordinate community maintenance services, keep the community and grounds in good repair.
- Inventory and order maintenance, housekeeping and laundry supplies.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, and respond promptly to all repair needs.
