DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
· Agriculture experience is required.
· Have good cattle handling skills.
· Willingness to work in the feedyard. (Clean cattle yards, bed cattle, haul solid manure)
· Operate tractor, skid steer and other equipment. (Field work, load & haul bales)
· Perform general maintenance (Machinery & building)
· Job will involve physical activity; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
· Must be reliable and responsible.
ESSSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
· Farming and livestock experience is a must.
· Skid steer and Tractor driving skills.
· Basic shop skills.
· Good communication skills.
· Problem solver.
· Must have a valid driver’s license.
· Must speak English.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday (average 40-50 hours/week).
Weekend work is during planting and harvest seasons.
Competitive hourly wage $18-$24/hour based on experience.
