Job Description
Reporting to the Facilities & Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator will provide planning and administrative support for the Facilities & Maintenance Department. This role will provide support to the department through planning, work order life-cycle management, procurement activities, and parts inventory activities in a high-volume work setting.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities*
- Work Order Life-cycle Management: Screen, Approval, Completion activities in the Blue Mountain Regulator Asset Management (RAM)Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Screen work requests and direct to appropriate parties for resolution.
- Complete vendor related preventative maintenance tasks in the system as needed.
- Assist with asset management duties regarding asset life cycle management related to creation, activation, retirement functions.
- Scheduling/Planning activities related to preventative/corrective/project work orders.
- Schedule Vendor Work for both Devens and North Andover sites
- Coordinate with Departments on scheduling work for preventative maintenance activities.
- Providing notification to departments on activities related to maintenance in their respective areas.
- Procurement activities related to Spare Parts, general supply needs.
- Work with Finance team on the procurement of materials and services related to Facilities and Maintenance needs.
- Maintain a regular report on department budget related to service and materials monthly/quarterly/annual spend.
- Receive invoices related to department purchasing.
- Resolve invoice errors or issues as they are identified.
- Vendor/Contractor services
- Purchase order monitoring related to purchases services for both sites.
- Point of contact for contracted services.
- Monitor contract status related to purchased services at the site.
- Participate in inspections and clean-up/organizational activities.
- Other related duties as required.

Qualifications*
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required. Associates degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
- 2-3 years’ experience in a maintenance or maintenance support role, ideally related to planning and scheduling; or 5 or more years’ working experience related to logistics in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industry; experience in a GMP environment preferred.
- Project management training and experience strongly preferred.
- Experience working with change management systems preferred.
- Strong Safety mindset.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems – Blue Mountain RAM preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-starter with the capability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to work standard business hours and be open to working overtime on evenings and/or weekends to accommodate vendors being onsite.
