Job Description

This gorgeous, newly re-sculpted links style course offers beautiful hills and forestation, as well as an excellent view of the Columbia Gorge.

The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Maintenance will work 5 days plus possible weekend and on-call duties.

Create punch lists of call-back items when the project is substantially complete. The position requires communication, working with accounting to pay the vendor after receiving lien releases.

  • Implement and oversee the consistent application of the preventative maintenance program via Impak. Update preventative maintenance tasks as needed.

  • Oversee the janitorial cleaning and maintenance of all guest-facing areas (inside and outdoors), including the grounds, parking lot, lobbies, hallways, vending areas, etc. Will be expected to work with the housepersons and housekeeping departments.

  • Oversee the landscape maintenance requirements for the property.

  • Complete work orders daily as assigned and prioritize them by importance, considering guest experience.

Minimum Experience:

  • Demonstrated success leading a team of employees

Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Ability to effectively and safely use and instruct others in the use of common hand and power tools.

  • Prior knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC, electric, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry.

  • Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to manage varying types of personalities.

  • Ability to develop unity amongst a diverse team.

  • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft suite and Google; ability to operate basic office equipment

  • Safety-conscious and thoughtful in all aspects of your job.

Physical, mental, and environmental demands:
