RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Maintenance Manager
- Cleaning carpets
- Painting
- Removing trash from the building
- Basic maintenance of facility
- Shoveling sidewalks (snow removal)
- Drive Facility Van for Resident Trips and Outings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Driver’s License
