- Bachelor's Degree engineering
- Basic financial knowledge

- Any experience in an engineering intern/Co-Op position
- Support maintenance software best practices
- Assist in developing and executing division s HVAC/R and non-refrigerated equipment maintenance programs
- Analyze and determine root cause equipment failures and design issues
- Develop and support corporate training for enterprise CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Support and assist in managing company and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations associated with refrigerant use
- Provide engineering support to Facility Engineering s safety standards
- Provide reports detailing budgets, service level information, repair effectiveness and refrigerant usage
- Frequently make significant decisions with close supervision.
- Travel to division locations regularly to engage staff and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and day-to-day maintenance operations
- Assist with corporate and divisional sourcing initiatives for maintenance parts, tools, equipment and vehicles
