We are looking for compassionate and committed Maintenance Assistant.
Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 8:00am-4:30pm.

What we need from you:
- Provide assistance to the Maintenance Director in repairs and alterations to the building, maintains building and grounds, other maintenance needs, etc.
- Routinely inspects the physical plant and provides routine preventative maintenance and janitorial duties within acceptable standards of practice.
- Assist in the performance, monitoring, preventative maintenance and logging of safety tests (Fire Alarm, pull cords, fire extinguishers, etc.)
- Must have positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent customer service
- Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community
- Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test
- Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
