Mailroom Clerk Job

• Mail processing: sort and deliver incoming mail; collect, sort and process outgoing mail
• Receive and deliver incoming FedEx, UPS, & DHL packages
• Process outgoing FedEx & UPS packages for delivery; track packages as required
• Back-up mail courier driver
• Deliver copy paper and office supplies throughout the corporate office
• Support conference room set-up
  • Provide telephone switchboard support
  • Other duties as assigned

• Excellent and professional level customer service daily  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Goal oriented team player
• Ability to move/lift 25 pounds on a regular basis; 50 pounds assisted  
• Able to work short notice overtime
• PC literate; basic knowledge of Microsoft products  
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Clean driving record

• Courier and mail processing experience preferred
• Valid Washington State driver's license plus clean driving record and skills; driving test administered for final candidates
• High school graduate or equivalent

Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above. This is a safety-sensitive position, and   the pre-employment drug testing includes cannabis testing.
