DPI Staffing is looking for a fabulous flexible "on call"General Clerk/floater to help support the office and mailroom for one of our important clients in Vancouver, WA!
Monday - Friday (Flexible part time/On call hours to cover during 7am to 5pm as needed)
PAY: $20.47/hr
Here are some of the duties required for the Word Processor/Receptionist::
- Report to and interact with the Government COTR regarding the status of the _Work problems and disputes.
- Prepares letters, memos, reports and forms from typed, hand written, diskettes, or micro-transcription tapes.
- Merges text into complete properly formatted documents.
- Responds to priority non-routine job orders.
- Proofreads all final documents (with another word processor) for corrections.
- Coordinates with the initiator of the documents for final document
- *Electronically files documents and downloads documents from the Local Area *Network.
- Operates a central voice mail phone system and directs incoming and transfers calls.
- Answers general questions.
- Utilizing an electronic typewriter when necessary.
- Covers the reception desk and instructs visitors. Informs FHWA employee of visitor, and opens security door. (From 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.).
- Attends on-site training as designated by the COTR
