This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of up to $63/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Install, Maintain, Repair, Disassemble, and Reassemble Dairy Processing Equipment
Perform Routine Inspections, Lubricate, and Repair Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Equipment including Fans, Motors, Cooling Coils, Heat Exchanges, Pumps, etc.
Clean, Remove and Replace Radiators
Inspect, Maintain, and Perform Routine Repairs on Building, Heating, and Chilled Water Supply and Return Lines
Check Temperatures in Condensate Lines and Traps
Repair or Replace Traps as Required using Temperature Sensing and Recording Equipment
Clean, Repair, or Replace Strainers, Valves, Operators, and other Fittings
Service, Maintain, Repair, and Replace Chilled Water, Hot Water, and Steam Coils
Inspect, Install, Repair, and Maintaining Plumbing Systems for Test Facilities
Other Tasks as Assigned
