Mailroom Clerk

The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida is currently looking to hire a full-time Mailroom Clerk. The Mailroom Clerk will be responsible for:
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages to appropriate recipients
- Collect outgoing mail and packages for shipment and take them to the post office
- Distribute mail and flyers in the community

-Operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and postage meters
- Maintain accurate records of mail and package deliveries
- Ensure the mailroom is organized and clean

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a mailroom or similar environment preferred but not required. On the job training available.
- Familiarity with organizational systems for efficient mail distribution
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling mail and packages
- Maintain confidentiality

Valid driver's license is required.

Job Site: 20 miles west of Krome Avenue on SW 8th Street

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
