Mailroom Clerk

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Mailroom Clerk. As a Mailroom Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail and providing administrative support to our Case Managers by utilizing advanced scanning technology and processing mail in our case management system. Duties:
- Sort, scan and process incoming mail in our case management system
- Prepare outgoing mail, including printing and labeling
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general administrative support as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
