Summary Of Position
This position is responsible for a variety of Operations functions centered on the processing of data and documentation including confirmations, deposit exceptions/returns, vault processing, research, documentation review, document handling, document preparation, document processing, transaction processing, remittance processing and transfer agency activities.
Essential Job Requirements
- Logs incoming work
- Sorts, files and distributes work, including electronic files, if applicable
- Reviews incoming documentation/work files
- Scans documents
- Uploads/downloads information to/from systems
- Operates equipment
- Processes/reviews transactions
- Conducts non-routine research
- Consolidates electronic files for output to clients, as applicable
- Balances/reconciles electronic files based on count and value, as applicable
- Transmits electronic files to output destinations, as applicable
Required Experience
Minimum of 1 year experience working in payment processing center is preferred; child support experience preferred.
