Job Description
The Statement Support Group is hiring! You will be joining the Mail Services department at the San Francisco, California location. The schedule will be Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm.
In this role, you will distributes workload, monitors production and participates in work as necessary. Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines. Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary. Prepares reports, records and performance monitoring informing management of operational activities. Provides work direction and training to staff. Maintains knowledge of products, services and systems in assigned area. Certain positions will require the ability to move trays and carts of work, walk, stand or sit for extended periods of time, and repetitive motions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Administrative responsibilities, filing, collecting, and handling sensitive documents.
2. Tracking work volume, distributes workload, monitors production and participates in work as necessary.
2. Coordinates with other work areas as required to ensure compliance with service standards and regulatory deadlines.
3. Resolves exceptions and problems of a more routine nature, referring more complex problems to supervisor or manager as necessary.
4. Monitoring returns and digital mail inbox and informing management of operational activities. Completing timely digital reports.
5. Provides work direction and training to staff.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three or more years of bank operational functions, systems, policies and procedures, or related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in Mail Services, production, FedEx, USPS, UPS, mail processing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Good accuracy, attention to detail, ability to be fluid between tasks, and organizational/planning skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.14 - $26.88 - $29.57
