Job Description
Sort and deliver incoming mail and packages.
Log all packages into Salesforce
Receive occasional freight deliveries
Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders via Salesforce/Slack.
Ship customer packages using FedEx and other shipping applications.
Requires physical labor and the ability to lift up to 30lbs.
Transport mail and packages among all Salesforce buildings using a variety of tools (e.g. carts, hand trucks, etc.).
Support Salesforce employees in all Mail Services needs via all communication channels (e.g. email, phone, face-to-face, Salesforce applications, etc.).
Use internal Salesforce applications for package and mail management.
SKILLS:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and customer service experience preferred.
Proficient with Google Drive (e.g. Gmail, Gcal, Docs)
Computer skills include typing minimum of 30 words per minute and using basic applications such as word documents, spreadsheets, email, presentations, etc.
Ability to take direction and follow oral and written instructions
Motivated, Self-Starter
Good writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Exhibits strong attention to detail
