Mail Clerk/ Accounts Receivable Support

Our company has an outstanding dual-role opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Mail Clerk and Accounts Receivable Support. You will be responsible for preparing all title related mail and regular mail to go out daily while supporting our accounts receivable team by calling on past due accounts, recording customer payments and backup to processing deposits to the bank. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented and possess the ability to effectively work both independently and in a team setting.

Job Responsibilities

• Processing all outgoing title mail by copying, preparing envelopes, metering the mail or creating Fedex envelopes.
• Ensuring all outgoing mail has been processed and goes out based on the daily timelines.
• Maintain high accuracy while preparing all outgoing mail to be sent out.
• Process incoming payments by recording applicable detail for cashier to post.
• Call vendors for status on past due payments.
• Communicate with store personnel to determine next steps for collection.
• Process cash and check deposits when other AR clerks are out of the office.
