Our Mail Center is currently seeking a Mail Clerk to sort incoming mail from post office to departments as well as outside the company to agents.
Starting rate of pay: $10.65/hourly or commensurate with experience.
Be ready to:
- make mail runs to departments to deliver mail and picks up outgoing mail that is in envelopes and delivers to postage department bins for processing and bulk loose mail to sort to agents bins
- sort inter-office envelopes picked up from mail runs to department bins
- look up names and department agency codes on CFCNet
- train new Mail Clerks
- keep agents areas organized and stocked with envelopes and labels
Be equipped with:
- work well with a team as well as independently
- dependable
- the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- organized
- the ability to push fully loaded mail carts weighing in excess of 150 pounds
- be able to stand and walk seven hours per day performing tasks
Other:
Must be able to work 7:30a.m. – 4:15p.m. Monday–Friday. These hours are subject to change.
