Your Impact as a Machine Operator: ✨ Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance on Camera-Based machines, ensuring optimal functionality within the Cup packaging department.
• Swiftly repair breakdowns during normal production to maintain seamless operations.
• Proactively make line adjustments to prevent lost processing time.
• Contribute to Preventative Maintenance efforts to eliminate or minimize future processing downtime.
• Master all aspects of Camera-Based equipment and share key adjustments with team members.
• Demonstrate attention to detail, organizational prowess, and strong mathematical skills.
• Be self-motivated with leadership experience, fostering effective communication within the department.
• Thrive in a dynamic team environment, showcasing a positive attitude and sound judgment.

Education and Experience:

• Possess a one-year certificate from college or technical school; or showcase four to six years of related experience and/or training.
• General understanding of computers and applications, including proficiency in iPad usage.
• Prior experience in machine operation/tech is a must.
