Job Description
Summary: Seeking a Machine Operator for 2nd shift to fabricate, test, adjust precision electro-mechanical instruments, and troubleshoot equipment.
Job Requirements:
Must pass drug test and background check
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
3 to 5 years of experience in a related position
Preferred Skills:
Experience with metalworking machines and precision measuring/testing instruments
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
Familiarity with electronic test equipment for calibration and repairs
Ability to perform wiring, repair printed circuit boards, and maintain an Access database
Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair plating equipment and rectifiers
Repair/replace payoff and take-up machines; modify production equipment as needed
Build custom electrical control panels for new equipment; troubleshoot pneumatic machines/equipment
Update/maintain calibration records; monthly testing/repairs of emergency lighting
Replacement/repair of centrifugal pumps; follow company policies/procedures including safety rules/PPE requirements
Handle/dispose chemicals per MSDS/IEP procedure; maintain attendance; perform duties outside normal hours as required
Pay Details: $20.00 to $30.00 per hour
