SUMMARY
Act a production machine operator in the process of personalizing various types of banking and payment cards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)
- Operate light-industrial equipment to perform personalization and/or packing operations on a variety of banking and payment cards.
- Perform minor equipment maintenance and adjustments per written and oral instructions
- Working independently, perform and document quality inspections on own work according to production standards and quality policy.
- Identify potential production and quality problems
- Work with other operators, technicians and supervisory staff to assist with problem solving activities.
- Comply with all security and production policies/procedures
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required to be standing and operating a machine(s) during shift
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
MARGINAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Maintain housekeeping standards of workstation
- Retrieve supplies when required
- Attend appropriate training and meetings as required
- Comply with company safety standards
- Insure conformance to vision, mission and values of the company.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems, Average mechanical ability is required, Ability to be objective, reasonable and respectful when conveying concerns or issues.

Education:
Education and/or Experience: High School degree with experience in a detail-oriented and face-paced environment. Must possess basic computer skills. Experience in manufacturing/industrial environments is extremely helpful but not required.
