SalaryPOSITION SUMMARY
The Machine Operator is responsible for the safe operation of their machine and equipment.
SHIFT
12 HR Night Shift (6PM-6AM)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES
· Learns to set-up machines correctly and completely
· Tests material in your work area
· Adheres to all TSW safety procedures and wear all designated safety equipment
· Daily preventative maintenance checks on all equipment
· Responsible for identifying and recording any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
QUALIFICATIONS
· High School Diploma or equivalent education required
· Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
· 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or related area
· Willing and able to work overtime as needed
· Basic math skills
· Previous data/computer entry
· Lift truck experience preferred
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
· Ability to withstand physical demands such as standing, climbing, kneeling and/or crawling
· Ability to work in areas of fluctuating temperatures
