Machine Learning Engineer, Codewhisperer

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Experience in Machine Learning, data mining, information retrieval, statistics or natural language processing

Amazon AI is looking for world class scientists and engineers to join its AWS AI Labs. This group is entrusted with developing core data mining, natural language processing, deep learning, and Machine Learning algorithms for AWS. You will invent, implement, and deploy state of the art Machine Learning algorithms and systems. You will build prototypes and explore conceptually new solutions. You will interact closely with our customers and with the academic community. You will be at the heart of a growing and exciting focus area for AWS and work with other acclaimed engineers and world famous scientists.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
