LVNs/RNs for Detox and Residential Treatment Program MidCity LA 90019

6 Bed Detox/RTC in MidCity Los Angeles. Weekends, Saturday and Sunday 9am-9pm.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate nursing and supervision for individuals with behavioral health/SUD needs in Detox
- Utilize experience working with adults to create a safe and supportive environment
- Collaborate with social staff and other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for each patient in Kipu
- Implement evidence-based interventions for individuals with Co-Occurring Disorders
including SUD, Trauma, and other behavioral health conditions
- Collect data on patient progress and outcomes
- Provide behavior management techniques to support patients in achieving their treatment
goals
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during group sessions

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a behavioral health/addiction treatment setting is required
- Experience working with adults and LGBTQIA+ is preferred
- Knowledge of medical records management and confidentiality protocols
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices for Co-Occurring care
- Strong data collection and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors in a group setting
- Compassion and empathy for clients in need of behavioral health support
