Description:
Qualifications: Must possess a Juris Doctor or Bachelor of Law Degree and be a member of The Missouri Bar in good standing and completion of training that conforms to the Supreme Court of Missouri 2011 Standards and Comments for Guardians ad Litem in Juvenile and Family Court Division Matters in order to be certified as a Guardian ad Litem.Description: Provides legal representation as Guardian ad Litem to protect the best interest of juveniles or parents, and/or provide legal services as court-appointed counsel for parents in juvenile matters filed in Family Court on a part-time contracted basis.
