We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide Shift Care for a cheerful and communicative patient in their home. Weekend, Daytime, and night shifts available. This position is ideal for someone who values a warm and relaxed family-centric work environment and seeks to make a meaningful impact in individual care.
We are seeking a nurse to work Saturdays and/or Sundays daytime shifts. 12 hour shifts would be preferred, but alternate hours can be discussed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and care for a patient.
- Administer medications, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record vital signs and respond to any changes in the patient's condition.
- Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare professionals and family to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to the patient and family.
Qualifications:
- Current LVN license in California.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Training will be provided.
