SalaryGetzWell Pediatrics, San Francisco's only integrative and woman-founded and owned PEDIATRIC PRACTICE, with locations in Noe Valley and the Marina area, is LOOKING TO FILL one FRONT DESK POSITION. We want to hire someone enthusiastic about working and gaining experience in the medical field, in a collaborative and progressive work environment.

- Experience in a private practice setting - 3 years required.
- Experience using healthcare management platforms.

- Excellence in multi-tasking and time management – you prioritize appropriately and execute tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail – you proofread your emails and take pride in your work.
- Thorough – you complete your assigned tasks on time and accurately.
- Interest in the medical administration field.
- Reside in San Francisco.
What you will do:
- Confidently answer inquiries about the practice from prospective new members.
- Enthusiastically greet and move patients through office/appointments, as scheduled.
- Ensure client information is accurate, including demographics and payment information.
- Manage scheduling of patient appointments, courtesy reminders and reschedules, as needed.
- Verify out of network insurance benefits and eligibility.
- Obtain external medical reports and compile medical records, as needed.
- Manage main email account with incoming and outgoing client information and requests.
- Collaborate with GetzWell MDs/Nurse Practitioners for medical advice as pertains to patient/parent inquiries.
- Ensure reception area, exam rooms and all general areas are well maintained, neat and clean.
- Work an alternating schedule between our two offices and some Saturdays.
**Salary Range: Dependent on the candidate and their experience/qualifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
