Global Threat Solutions is seeking highly qualified unarmed Security Agents to support a Luxury Retail boutique in Houston, TX for daytime coverage (Mon-Sat: 10am-8pm & Sun 12pm - 7pm). The attire will be an all black suit, white pressed collared shirt, all black tie (no patterns), all black socks, and all black dress shoes. Agents will be responsible for getting their own suit as it is not provided. Agents will be responsible for observing and reporting all suspicious activity, preventing theft at assigned site, liaison with client representatives and law enforcement as needed and protecting assets and personnel at sites.
If selected GTS will provide training that may include:
- Active Shooter Response
- De-escalation Training
- Luxury Brand Retail Training
- Taser and /or Handcuff training (Varies by client and location)
Successful candidates must meet the following standards to be selected for these positions:
- Maintain a professional appearance that serves as a strong deterrent to potential offenders.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Have a minimum of 5 years of security experience.
- Be able to work 8 or 12 hour shifts while standing and patrolling assigned area.
- Possess excellent communication and observation skills.
- Be able to lift 75 lbs.
