Luxury Customer Experience Manager

The Customer Experience Manager is the dealership’s goodwill ambassador and fulfills the dealership’s customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. As a Customer Experience Manager you will be required to handle all customer concerns and document all communications accordingly. Responsibilities

• Works with department managers to develop and administer the dealership's customer relations program
• Recommends revisions to customer relations programs and policies
• Work with sales people to ensure that post-sale customer contracts are made and that updated files are kept on all customers
• Assists in resolving customer complaints which cannot be handled by sales people or managers
• Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs
• Report dealership ratings on all factory-generated surveys
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership
• Provide training on customer service standards in group and individual settings for all departments

Qualifications

• Automotive experience highly preferred
• Prior team management skills
• Superb decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and managerial skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
