Job Description
The Customer Experience Manager is the dealership’s goodwill ambassador and fulfills the dealership’s customer relations policies in an effort to build and retain a loyal customer base. As a Customer Experience Manager you will be required to handle all customer concerns and document all communications accordingly. Responsibilities
- Works with department managers to develop and administer the dealership's customer relations program
- Recommends revisions to customer relations programs and policies
- Work with sales people to ensure that post-sale customer contracts are made and that updated files are kept on all customers
- Assists in resolving customer complaints which cannot be handled by sales people or managers
- Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs
- Report dealership ratings on all factory-generated surveys
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status of customer satisfaction in the dealership
- Provide training on customer service standards in group and individual settings for all departments
Qualifications
- Automotive experience highly preferred
- Prior team management skills
- Superb decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and managerial skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
