About the Job
We currently have an exciting opportunity for SEO Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will strengthen our online presence through the implementation of impactful SEO strategies and the execution of dynamic marketing initiatives across Tailored Brands.
What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
- Implement and oversee SEO optimization efforts across all content and Tailored Brands properties to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
- Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance website performance and improve organic traffic: This would include identifying and troubleshooting technical issues impacting search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize content and enhance onsite SEO, ensuring alignment with our overarching marketing objectives.
- Partner with the teams to amplify content across multiple channels, maximizing reach and engagement.
- Streamline the content creation process by fostering collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
- Work with the Site team to optimize event-specific content for key occasions and promotions.
- Manage and optimize key pages, including the Store Locator Page, to improve search engine visibility and user experience.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across the website.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive end-to-end initiatives for launching and promoting products, leveraging SEO insights and marketing strategies.
- Manage marketing landing pages and ensure alignment with brand messaging and SEO guidelines.
- Support the launch of new initiatives to drive customer acquisition and retention.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5 years' experience in SEO; 3 of those years in product management.
- Significant experience working in the Retail Industry
- Proven experience in SEO optimization and content marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience driving complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
- Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

- Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
- Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, in a hybrid work arrangement from a remote location.

The starting salary for this position is $70,200 - $105,000 and may increase to $130,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
