This position is up to 8 months with the option of extension, and the client is in
Jefferson City, Missouri 65101
Top Skills & Years of Experience:
Duties include:
- Create workflows in CoreView for on boarding Active Directory (AD) user accounts.
- Create workflows in CoreView to create e-mail, resource, contacts and distribution groups.
- Create and maintain documentation.
- Ensure standardization, compliance and enforcement of policies and daily operating procedures.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge and experience with Windows desktop operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Exchange management consoles.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability learn new operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
- Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
- Ability to learn and grow their troubleshooting skills in relation to the Active Directory and Exchange environments.
- The ability to address multiple projects/tasks on a daily basis and possession of strong troubleshooting skills are key.
Years of Experience:
- Four (4) years IT experience
Nice to Have:
Experience in user account provisioning workflows.
