The Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting the health Center's technology operations under the guidance of the Director of IT. Day to day responsibilities will include working with the staff to ensure they are able to deliver on the Health Center's mission of providing affordable, compassionate care for all.

1. Install and configure software and hardware.
2. Develop expertise to train staff on technologies with the ability to deliver in person or by creating end user documentation.
3. Ability to manage and execute defined IT Processes i.e., ticket/service management, asset management, device deployment, onboarding, and offboarding.
4.Manage network servers and technology tools.
5.Troubleshoot incidents and outages.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in computing science, management information systems, or a suitable certification program with applicable experience.
2. Proven experience managing devices in a Windows 10/11 environment.
3. Experience managing a Windows Server environment including GPO and access management.
4. Excellent communication and problem resolution skills
5. Excellent quality customer service skills, a strong work ethic and ability to work well independently or in a team environment.
