We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and other procedures requiring aseptic technique
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct occupational health assessments and provide appropriate care and education
- Perform triage assessments to determine the urgency of patient needs
- Assist with suture removal and wound care management
- Provide compassionate care for senior patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being
- Participate in discharge planning and provide patient education on post-discharge care
- Assist with dermal filler injections under the supervision of a physician
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in [state]
- Proven experience as an LPN in a healthcare setting
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
