Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn)

• Shift: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM

• Contract: 13 weeks

Duties:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
• Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer injections and perform other medical procedures as required
• Monitor and document patient progress, including changes in condition and response to treatment
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
