SalaryPeninsula Allergy & Asthma Associates is seeking a reliable, hard-working, friendly LPN/RN to provide quality healthcare to patients in a medical office environment. We are a busy allergy practice with two offices located in Georgetown, DE and Salisbury, MD.
This is a part-time position for Fridays at our Georgetown office.
Hours: 8:45 am - 2 pm
There is also a possibility to pick up extra hours with vacation/sick coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Review medical history and medications during patient intake.
- Measure and record vital signs.
- Obtain necessary outpatient studies.
- Provide patient education with regards to office policies, medication management/agreements, etc.
- Prepare patients for examinations and perform routine tests including allergy testing and lung function testing.
- Administer allergy and biologic injections.
- Obtain prior authorization as needed.
- Medication refills, place various orders as provider's delegate.
- Perform patient and pharmacy phone calls.
- Practice OSHA safety standards.
- Completes chart abstraction on all patients as needed.
- Other clinical and/or administrative duties as assigned by the provider.
Education
- Required: Current LPN or RN license.
- Maintains education appropriate for position.

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
