Position Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring family. As a member of our nursing team at Paramount Senior Living, you will play a crucial role in providing personalized care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health conditions, record vital signs, and report any changes to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Foster a positive and friendly atmosphere, promoting a sense of security and trust among residents.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families, creating a caring and
- compassionate environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each resident.
- Follow all established protocols and procedures to ensure resident safety and adherence to regulations.
Requirements:
- Valid and current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania.
- A genuine passion for senior care and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering meaningful connections with residents and their families.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a harmonious and supportive work environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized, ensuring accurate documentation and timely medication administration.
- Experience in a senior care facility or a similar healthcare setting is preferred but not required – new graduates are welcome!
