HOME CARE AGENCY IS LOOKING FOR LPN’s WITH EXPERIENCE IN WOUND CARE IN RALEIGH/DURHAM AREA
Home Care Agency is looking for the very best caring, compassionate caregivers to become part of our team to provide care for seniors in this facility. We are looking to hire highly qualified, dependable and experienced LPN’s to provide wound dressing care to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Experience WITH WOUND dressing change
- Understand Dr’s order to complete dressing change for patients
- Experience with measuring wound
- Experience with proper documentation of wound dressing change
- Observe, assess, documents and reports patient response to wound treatment
- Investigates and resolves patient/family member concerns regarding patient care
- Ensures the highest quality of care is provided to patients by reviewing documentations
Job Requirements:
- Current NC LPN License
- Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program
- Proof of current TB Test
- Valid NC Driver’s License and current insurance
- Prior home care experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively – oral and written
- Basic Computer Skills
- Current BLS Certification
- Reliable Transportation

Physical Demands:
- Combination of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, climbing stairs and moving intermittently during working hours.
