The Data Center Technician shall be able to perform all types of telecommunications installation, maintenance and troubleshooting without direct supervision.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Termination of all types of copper, coaxial and fiber communication cables.
- Have ability to program and operate all types of test equipment, including cable test and certification equipment, WAN / LAN analyzers, and other electronic test equipment.
- Install or decommission devices and corresponding connections based on installation documents.
- Install or decommission standing racks and data cabinets anchored with various hardware.
- The ability to function as part of a team or to independently with provided scope of work.
- Read and understand installation documents and procedures.
- Inventory and stage materials with document updates for quantity tracking.
- Adhere to all safety and client regulations.
- Track and report hours based on daily tasks.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
