- Cabling installation (run and terminate cables, including Cat5/6, power, and fiber)
- Provide testing, analysis, and repair of video, voice, and Data Systems
- Test and Inspect Low Voltage Switchgear and Switchboards to applicable standards
- Use multi-meter and electrical theory to verify power readings and circuit design to ensure proper wiring and operation
- Maintain and input records or reports related to testing/inspecting activities
- Installing, terminating, and dressing low-voltage cabling
- Assist in the build-out and configuration of Infrastructure Rack Equipment rooms
- Troubleshoot miscellaneous cabling and connectivity
- Inspects control equipment
- Install electrical equipment and cabinets
- Bend and install EMT conduit
- At least 3+ years of experience installing voice and data systems in a commercial environment
- Familiarity with BICSI, EIA, TIA or NEC Standards is a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, and background check and provide two professional references
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Must be able to see colors/knowledge of color codes
