Job Description
The Field Technician Helper will learn duties including installation and service of alarm systems with knowledge of multiple products. The position will help with inspections, installations, service calls and other duties as assigned.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Support with installation, service, and inspection of security alarms and associated Low Voltage systems skills
System testing and inspecting to the prescribed standards
Ensuring a high level of customer service, satisfaction, and communication
Maintains a clean and safe work environment on and off site
Interface successfully with Administration, Sales, Customers, and Management
Ability to use a variety of hand tools
Has excellent attendance and punctuality
