As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data in databases, organizing and filing documents, performing data collection tasks, preparing reports, utilizing pivot tables for data analysis, transcribing information, and assisting with various clerical duties. To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, be proficient in data entry and database management, have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel), be able to collect and analyze data, be familiar with pivot tables for data analysis, possess excellent clerical and administrative abilities, and have strong computer skills for transcribing and computerizing information.
