Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assess patient needs, create and update patient records, and communicate with patients and their families.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Assist in the coordination of patient care activities within the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of {location}.
- Minimum of {number} years of nursing experience in a similar setting.
- Proficient in ostomy care, pain management, dementia care, esthetic laser treatment, Cerner, ICD-9 coding, ambulatory surgery center operations, IV insertion, and inhalation therapy.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make critical decisions independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
